ATOM Group's Reflect RAP has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, the first step on our reconciliation journey. We announced our intention to pursue a RAP during NAIDOC Week 2023. Since then we have built real partnerships, established the ACE Fund and grown our First Nations product range. The Reflect RAP formalises that work and sets the direction for what comes next.

Our RAP artwork was created by Jordan (Forrest) Poduti, a Wangkatha/Yamatji artist living on Boorloo Country.

The artwork traces ATOM Group's journey across Western Australia — through the Pilbara, the Goldfields and the South West. It is about more than movement. It speaks to learning the landscape, understanding kinship and respecting sacred spaces — moving with intention and humility.

Jordan has personal connections to Kalgoorlie and Geraldton, two regions where ATOM Group has active branches. Having an artist from these areas share and represent this story through traditional artistic expression makes the work especially powerful.

Where the ACE Fund gives

The Fund is structured as a Public Ancillary Fund and donates to charities that align with ATOM Group's core objectives, with a focus on:

• Cancer awareness, prevention and care
• Environmental sustainability initiatives
• Mental health awareness and support

ATOM Group supports Kulbardi, a Supply Nation-certified, First Nations majority-owned business, supplying office supplies, furniture and promotional products. Our relationship with Kulbardi began in October 2022. We provide 3PL services and support to help them grow nationally.
