Supply & Manufacturing
ATOM Group stocks over 5,000 product lines, including industrial hose, hydraulic hose, oil & gas hose, fittings, couplings, camlocks, valves and flanges. Five NATA-accredited dedicated hose assembly factories across Australia manufacture all assemblies in-house, with no third parties involved.
This means direct quality control, shorter lead times and competitive pricing, every time.
Testing & Certification
NATA-accredited hydrostatic and oil pressure testing up to 60,000 psi. HoseCo is the only Australian company with NATA accreditation (ISO 17020) for hose assembly visual inspections, a critical compliance requirement for offshore and high-risk assets.
Full NDT services also available including X-Ray, PMI, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic testing. Repair and recertification of all flexible hose assembly types.
Hose Management
Complete hose lifecycle management programs, from register development and ongoing maintenance (via HoseCo's own cloud-based software platform or Excel) through to full site surveys, audits, risk assessment and HSE documentation for onshore and offshore facilities.
HoseCo maintains a dedicated in-house QA/QC and HSE division, unique in the Australian hose supply industry.
On-Site & Shutdown Support
NATA and DNV/Lloyds-approved containerised mobile workshops deployable to remote and offshore sites. Shutdown planning, fitment, testing and mechanical services. Mobile breakdown trucks across all service regions.
Experienced in HSE, IR and HAZID planning for major project scopes, with a track record that includes projects routinely being below budget and on time.
