Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL): Fume Extraction and Respiratory Protection

From 1 December 2026, Safe Work Australia’s Workplace Exposure Standards (WES) become Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL). Several limits tighten, including manganese, diesel particulate matter and Portland cement dust.
