What Is KanbanPRO?

KanbanPRO uses a two‑bin replenishment system, supported by smart labels and a mobile app, to automate re‑ordering of free‑issue consumables.

When a bin is empty, it’s scanned using the KanbanPRO app. That scan automatically triggers a replenishment order to ATOM, ensuring a full bin is delivered and ready — without manual ordering, chasing or guesswork.

KanbanPRO is ideal for managing:

  • PPE and safety consumables

  • Small MRO items and production consumables
  • 1. Two fully stocked bins are placed on the shelf — one at the front, one behind

  • 2. When the front bin is empty, the user scans the bin label using the KanbanPRO app

  • 3. The empty bin is placed back on the shelf and the full bin slides forward

  • 4. The scan sends an automatic order to ATOM

  • 5. ATOM replenishes the bin, labels it and delivers it back to site
