Order Processing Times

The stock status of the products in your order will affect how fast it can be processed and if it can be returned. Each product has a different stock status which can be found on the products page underneath the price. To see the conditions of the returns, refer to Returns section on this page.

 

Delivery

ATOM delivers Australia wide. From Cooper Pedy to Cairns, we’ve got all corners of this country covered! ATOM ships for a small fee within the local warehouse areas, that is dependent on your delivery location. All shipping outside of this area will incur a delivery fee calculated by our team at checkout. Heavy, bulky or dangerous goods may incur different delivery fees. Once dispatched, you can expect your order:

Within warehouse delivery zones 1-2 business days
Metro interstate deliveries 2-4 business days
Regional interstate deliveries 4-7 business days

 

You can see the status of your order on the My Orders page. Shipping to PO Boxes is not currently available. If you are shopping from outside of Australia, please reach out to our team to assist you with your shopping needs.

Shipping Calculation

If you place an order with a bulky item, or if you are order from outside of our local warehosue delivery zone then your order will require a delivery fee to be calculated. There will be a message at checkout, after you enter in your delivery details that will let you know if you require a shipping fee to be calculated. Once you place your order a team member will contact you within 24 hours with a quote for shipping. This quote will be valid for 24 hours.

Selecting Part Ship/ Part Pick-Up

There is the option to select your orders to be part shipped or part picked up. Opting in for part ship means that when any of the products in your order are ready for distribution, that they will be processed for delivery or pick up while you wait on for the remaining products to arrive. If you do not opt in for part ship, your order will be shipped all together when all the products are ready.

This option is available on the delivery details page at checkout.

Adding Your Own Courier

If you already have an account set up with a courier, you are able to add your preferred courier on the shipping information page at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders shipped by third party couriers will receive tracking details via email once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. You'll also be able to find your order's delivery details on the My Orders page. 

Pick Up Orders

'In Stock' pick up orders will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours on business days. All other pick up orders such as Special Order or Available from DC will depend on shipping or supplier lead times. Be mindful that large orders may take a little longer to fulfil. You will be notified your order is ready by email. When collecting your items, remember to bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

Our Kewdale warehouse is currently experiencing processing delays. Pick up orders from Kewdale will be available for collection the next business day.

Returns

We’re very sorry that your order didn’t meet your requirements. You are able to return your products to ATOM for exchange or refund (less freight costs) if it meets all the conditions below:

  • Must be returned in saleable condition in their original packaging
  • Must be unused.
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied

To process a return, contact the warehouse from which you made the purchase or online.sales@atom.com.au

ATOM do not accept returns for Special Order items unless deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied. Special Order items are products that can be sourced for customers but aren't held in stock by ATOM. Special Order items are indicated by the blue 'Special Order' label on the product page.

Faulty Products & Warranty Claims 

As per Australian Consumer Law, ATOM will honour all standard manufacturers’ product warranties and guarantees.

If your item is faulty or you’d like to place a warranty claim please contact the warehouse from which you made the purchase. Depending on the nature of the fault, ATOM will facilitate a repair or exchange.
