Our support office in Perth provides contracts, procurement, marketing, IT, accounting and human resources support to all of our branches, to assist them in serving our customers. At ATOM, we work as a team, and every member of staff is encouraged to do the little things for each other to ensure that the little things get done for our customers. We also have our team of Industrial Safety Experts and Inventory Control Experts to provide assistance and advice.

Staff Incentives

ATOM’s “Chairman’s Challenge” is our way of acknowledging, celebrating and thanking members of our team who consistently display the ATOM values. The annual Challenge was created to recognise those who are going above and beyond, time and time again for our customers. The Challengers are nominated by fellow team members and chosen through their representation of our motto that we are “here to serve”. An example of the type of Challenge nominees may face includes the 96km Kokoda Trek. Not just a physical and mental challenge, but one of cultural significance, tying our team closer with our sister company Bishops in Papua New Guinea. Through exposing our Challengers to different cultures and traditions, as well as overcoming fears or endurance-based Challenges, we hope they come away from the experience richer for it and more empowered in their role.
