INVISIBLE ATOMBy 2b Theatre. Season ended.A one-man show dealing with physics and economic theory might sound a bit of a bore, but this Canadian production came with great and deserved acclaim. A man leaves his family to search for his adoptive father and soon learns that his history is intricately bound up in the fate of entire nations. Tight, eloquent and imaginatively rendered, it's theatre that puts storytelling at a premium and delivers superbly on that score. The only disappointment came in the visually monotone staging, understandable given the work's origins as a fringe production but still lacklustre compared with the many local shows that spin gold on a shoestring budget.
